Yes, we offer all services online or remotely via Zoom or TEAMS (with the exception of bodywork/assisted stretching). Please contact us for more details!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Both in studio and while mobile and on the go, we continue to sanitize and clean all surfaces before and after each use! We are also more than happy to wear masks in person at your request.
Capoeira Cardio Class
Afro-Brazilian martial art-infused cardio and strength building class focused on arms, legs, and core while improving agility, mobility, and coordination. Offered online/remote, mobile (we come to you!) or at our studio location.
