Q&As

It is such an honor to bear witness to my clients creating transformation in their lives. They come with a specific struggle in mind they need support with and leave with tools and skills that enrich their lives, allow them to fully experience joy despite what they may be facing and build resilience for all challenges to come.

I wanted to be a mama for 10 long years and after 2 years of fertility treatment I had my little miracle baby. Once I was solidly beyond that experience, I knew that I needed to pivot from my path as a child and family counselor to holding space for those who often never get support through their fertility journeys and are just white knuckling it through these months and years, thinking that if they can just get to baby it will all be worth it.

Once I stated working with women and couples around infertility, it quickly became clear that they needed continued support through pregnancy after infertility, birth, postpartum and into the toddler years. So I got further specialty training and became certified as a perinatal mental health counselor as well.

These issues can be so incredibly isolating. But you don't have to go through this alone. The right supports, tools and skills can help you enjoy life despite the struggles and stop holding your breath just waiting for the life you thought you would have and so desperately want.

I take a very practical approach to coaching that, combined with an empathic and supportive style, can very quickly lead to immediate relief and transformational change. This is due to the extensive clinical training I have in research and evidence based practices that reduce stress, improve mood, increase resiliency and build strengths.

This approach works incredibly well for the type of client I tend to attract which is highly driven, successful women that are used to working hard to achieve their goals but find themselves on a path where they feel helpless to control the outcomes of family building that are far more dependent on nature than strategy.

I help guide clients towards peace and empowerment in this very new phase of life, giving them a way to navigate these transitions with grace and joy.

My services are fully remote. I am currently restricted to practicing in Washington State due to the regulations around my clinical license being state by state, although these are expected to lift within the next year allowing therapists to practice across state lines.

Face to face sessions are done over zoom and ongoing support throughout the month is via a private messaging platform that feels similar to texting.
