Worked with Dylan twice now and not only is she lovely but her customer service is impeccable.  She worked with us and our dead grass to help my boys celebrate their birthdays.  The second time we used SG, my dad had noticed that my son's name was spelt wrong.  Mid-beer I shot her a text to notify her of this and she literally came zooming by minutes later to fix it!!!  Such a wonderful company that brings pure joy and beauty during these covid/social distancing times.  Thank you so much for your kindness, creativity, and beautiful work.  Will definitely be working with you again, and will be recommending SG to everyone I know. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Dylan!  Very responsive via email regarding questions prior to confirming.  Instructions prior to the actual date of installations were thorough and clear.  Periodic reminders were sent and the day before installation a rough time frame was available.  A text with a picture was sent upon installation and another text when all was taken down. Amazing customer service!!!  My original plans fell through so I calledthem late in the evening on the night before an event fully expecting my request would be impossible to pull off on such short notice. Boy was I wrong!  They didn't even hesitate to help me book a sign for the next day.  Then they went above and beyond and set the sign up 5 hours! (at 5am no less!!) before the time they had planned to squeeze it into their already extremely busy schedule setting up signs for graduates throughout Gilroy and Morgan Hill.  On top of that, they were so stealth in the setup and take down of the signs that it was as if the signs magically appeared and disappeared.  I am literally in awe of what they did for me and my graduate!In my book they are no less than amazing and I highly encourage everyone to call them when looking for a unique sign for a special event.  One last thing...they also had the BEST pricing out there!!  I am one HUGE fan!!!  If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would!! Our daughter set this up with Dylan for my father's 103rd birthday. She asked a lot of questions and thought she could come up with something.  We were kind of last minute.  She knocked it out of the park!!!She came in after dark so it would be a complete surprise to dad in the morning. I cannot recommend Dylan & her team enough. Right from inquiry up through execution, she handled it with grace & a genuine desire to want to celebrate with you. Because of COVID, I couldn't make it home to celebrate my grandfather's 103rd birthday but wanted to make sure he felt my love from Dallas. Dylan was thorough in finding out what my papa's interests were, colors he'd like, & also followed up with further instructions the night of the surprise & sent a picture so I could see what it would look like.
