Services

For most, optimal well-being begins with losing weight and sustaining healthy weight management on your journey.

This program makes getting started simple by quickly build upon your ability to achieve your desired goals and create early successes for you. As you feel better, have more energy, and are losing weight safely, you will be motivated to discover more ways you can improve your health.

We deep dive into healthy weight management, eating and hydration, movement & motion, sleep, mindset, and healthy surroundings. We also assess and explore other areas of your life like relationships, finances, personal & professional development, power of mind, mindful awareness, and community involvement.

This is a 12-month program that includes 2 x 30 minute bi-weekly coaching sessions where we will dive deep into your WHY, and uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from having the body - the health - and the life you want. We'll develop a powerful vision for your total transformation, and what it will mean you, for your health and for your life. You'll also discover which foods and habits are bringing your body down, and what to do about it. You'll get crystal clear on a step-by-step plan to create a YOUR total transformation.

Why a 12 month program?
Achieving true, sustainable change takes time. Additionally, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Unlike achieving quick, unsustainable results with a fad diet or restrictive cleanse, health & wellness coaching is about taking extra time to focus on what’s best for every aspect of your life. You’re less likely to maintain something that doesn’t serve you as a whole. This doesn’t mean you won’t start seeing and feeling results much sooner, but it’s the journey, not the destination, that teaches you how to truly maintain a happier and healthier life.
