I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Eagle Ridge recently. The staff is extremely friendly, efficient and they made sure that the couple had a smooth wedding day. I am a professional wedding photographer so I have seen many venues and this one is definitely a gorgeous venue. The grounds are kept immaculate and 5 star. Awesome venue.  The whole process was made super easy.  Adriana worked with us the entire time and answered any questions we had.  During the day of the ceremony and reception went off without a problem.  2 unexpected guests arrived and the venue was very accommodating.  Brian the DJ did a great job and made the reception easy.   Our two main servers (sorry cant remember names)  also did a great job assisting and getting everything done.  I've received nothing but compliments on how the whole ceremony turned out.  Would definitely recomend! I am pleased to say that my concern was addressed in a very thoughtful and professional way. I received an apology through a certified letter and contact information for the President of Wedgewood. Congratulations to Wedgewood Eagle Ridge for showing me that they care very much about their customers satisfaction. It is also important to note that they had responded prior to my post but I had not received the letter when I posted. I am sorry to say that because of one very rude employee our visit to Eagle Ridge was terrible. I wrote to the facility afterwords and ask for an explanation regarding their plan to address the issue but have received nothing in over a month of waiting. I guess they got their payment and don't care to continue speaking with me. More...

We had our wedding here this past weekend and let me tell you it was the most amazing experience and we couldn't have pulled it off if it was not for the team/vendors at Wedgewood Eagle Ridge. From our very first meeting to our wedding day we always felt comfortable and at ease. Our wedding coordinator Christina answered all of our emails even the ones the night before the wedding. All of the vendors that the venue recommended were AMAZING. We used their florist Linnys Floral Design, photographers/videographers from A Perfect Impression, baker from I Do Wedding Cakes, DJ Brian, and Traveling Joe Espresso. Our friends and family have been telling us how much fun they had at our wedding and how stress free me and my husband looked. People always say to expect something to go wrong on your wedding day no matter how much you plan but unless it wasn't brought to our attention and it was all taken care of behind the scenes everything went exactly as planned. All the personal decorations we brought were displayed so perfectly by the amazing team at Wedgewood Eagle Ridge. Our friends and family were on the dance floor until it was literally time to leave and then asked where we could continue the party. The location, people, and vendors were all amazing! In the year that we took to plan and work with the people in Wedgewood Eagle Ridge is was so seamless and easy. If we could do it again we do it the same! They were even so nice to add the floor lighting for us at the time of the event, separate charge normally. First off, she is amazingly patient! I had quite a few young children who were constantly taking pictures. I sat and watched her interactions with them and she was engaging with them and very patient. The props were fun and the booth was loved by all. Setup was clean and simple. The vendor was organized, had a nice backdrop, and had good props. We got extra proofs free from a wedding fair we went to. My only suggestion/complaint was that we ordered the open photobooth and it would have been nice if the vendor was able to back to camera open to accommodate large groups. We worked with Sarah from Shutterbooth of Monterey in the months leading up to our wedding. I cannot begin to explain how helpful she was throughout the planning process. My husband and I were thrilled with the photobooth and Sarah's attention to detail. We brought our own guestbook, with the intention of filling it with photos strips from the photobooth. Although this was not her responsibility, Sarah worked with many of our guests to assist them with signing the guest book - she also decorated a few pages using some of the photo strips that were left behind at the booth. She went above and beyond our expectations and was hands-down one of our favorite vendors to work with. My hubs and I knew from the moment we got to wedding planning we wanted a photo booth! We HIGHLY recommend ShutterBooth of Monterey! Sarah was awesome and super responsive to my dozens of emails and questions. We had a destination wedding in Carmel so meeting in person was limited. We were able to bring a few of our own props but Sarah provided PLENTY even some that went with our special touches theme. All our guests enjoyed the photo booth. We got a digital link to our photos by the following day of our wedding! We went with the closed booth instead of open backdrop and still had enough room to take plenty of group shots. It works out perfectly as we didn’t have excessive flashes going off ( I suffer from migraines so I’m thankful there wasn’t excessive flash lighting). Absolutely perfect! When we first read reviews, they all seemed too good to be true. We were skeptical but the reviews were absolutely right! We are beyond happy to have had our wedding at Eagle Ridge. We had the pleasure of working with Cristina and Adriana. They were such a pleasure to work with. They are so sweet, knowledgeable, reliable, and just a great team! They made wedding planning so easy! Wedgewood already has a list of vendors that they work with and they are all amazing! Our DJ, Brian, was amazing! Aaron, our photographer captured such amazing shots. Our food was delicious, the drinks were great, and our cake was perfect! The venue is breath taking and they will work so well within your budget.The whole wedding was so perfect! The team took care of us every step of the way and we didn't have to worry or stress about anything! We highly recommend adding a coordinator to your package. Sarah was great!
On time for our event, kept the fun going at the wedding. Great investment. I looked into getting the VW photo bus, but keep in mind if you do, you can only get a handful of people in there, not like ShutterBooth. We have large groups cramming in together, and the open background of ShutterBooth allows for this, they would never fit in a bus or booth.

This photobooth was a great addition to our wedding. I could not have been more pleased with Sarah and the company, with all the amazing props and the time the took out with each guest. She even reminded me and the groom to get out there and take some pictures in the booth, which I thought was very nice. The pictures were absolutely amazing and great quality. People were literally lined up to take pics. Since it was a Great Gatsby 1920's wedding, it was so nice to go through all the pics. Sarah was even able to place all the extra pics in one place on the table, so that I can put a collage together from myself. My only regret is that with the hustle and bustle of the wedding, me and the groom didn't take enough pics in the photobooth. There was one picture, that I absolutely fell in love with, of me, him, and our daughter that I will blow up. I would recommend this company for any of your nexts events.
