1. empathize: We work diligently to help you build empathy for your users. Learning your users values and gathering insights we begin to define our findings.
2. define: The define mode is when we unpack our empathy findings into needs and insights that we utilize to scope a meaningful
challenge. With markets transforming rapidly, we begin to
construct a plan that can pivot at any time.
3. ideate: Ideate is the mode in which we generate radical creative alternatives. We look for breakthrough ideas, that translate into creative, shareable experiences, that build brand awareness and advocacy.
4. create: The create mode gets the ideas into the world. Turning ideas into experiences and tangible solutions, we track all touch points of your brand, and begin to make adjustments as needed.
5. test: Testing allows us to gather feedback, refine solutions, and continue to learn about your users. Always tweaking, and
making adjustments, we view a complete marketing solution as one that’s never finished.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to provide strategies for all aspects of our clients business. We are a marketing company, but we can consult in operations if needed.
