I have been a practicing Social Worker for 5 years. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where clients can be confident that I am here to listen without judgement, help them to process their feelings, and encourage them to pursue a healthier and more balanced approach to their life’s journey.

I employ a variety of modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic Therapy, and have enjoyed working with young adults, adults, and seniors with diverse backgrounds. It has been my privilege to help clients to grow in self-awareness and self-acceptance; providing them with the tools to integrate into their daily lives so they can realistically work towards their goals.

I am also an American Red Cross volunteer working in the Disaster Mental Health unit and have deployed nationally to provide short term mental health counseling for victims of disasters.

I received my MSW from Adelphi University, Garden City NY.
