However gary has also consulted for fortune 500 companies. I have never seen anyone teach me how to do processes and process map my process better than gary..

They ensured that every voice was heard and taken into consideration and to uncover ideas for the companies direction that had been lying dormant. It was such a productive two days for our team with them leading us through each of the EOS system activities. Gary was introducing the Sharper Leadership Circle and EOS and I knew right away that this was exactly what I needed for this stage of my business. As a solopreneur, I saw the benefit of putting my core values into writing, developing my purpose statement, 10 year goals, rocks and most importantly having someone to be accountable to.
