The Interaction with the client during the journey all the way to the final reveal.

I have always been behind the scenes holding things together. Organizing and planning family functions. Then when I partnered with family and combined our talents, it drew our family closer.

We just dont want to plan your special day we want to walk the journey with you. We want to experience and make memories with you.

Our initial interview is via Zoom or Phone. All communication will be through honeybook. The services we provide our more hands on except for paperwork/contracts and meetings.

All staff are required to wear mask with any interactions whether its meetings, fittings, tastings etc. S.E.P will have on mask. Mask policy is left up to your venue. Meaning your guest must follow their guidelines

Services

Full Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend.  This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

***All packages can be Adjusted***
***A nonrefundable fee of $500 is due 48 hours after issuance of contract. This will save the date.
• Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
• Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
• Ceremony + reception venue location
• Vendor recommendations, negotiations, and bookings
• Contract review
• Vendor management
• Creation and/or execution of a design scheme
• Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials
• Tracking of guest RSVP’s
• Wedding favors & accessories
• Coordinating accommodations, transportation
• Unlimited meetings and coordination time
• Attendance at vendor meetings
• Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
• Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
Wedding Day
• Unlimited time on-site with your coordinator and up to two assistants, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details
• Directing the ceremony processional
• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
• Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
• Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
• Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed
• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
• Providing a stocked emergency kit
• Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
• Coordinate load-out

-2 Rectangle tables for food/buffet with tablecloth

-Welcome Sign
-Delivery/Set up/ Pick up depending on location(Additional)

****Specialty Backdrops with drapes/curtains/linen is extra

if we do not have what you would need in our inventory, if you are booking within 30 days of your event, your fee is due after notice is sent
