It really depends on the client’s budget and the food that they like for the occasion. I always try to consider the main star’s palate.

Being creative when it comes to food and seeing people enjoy the the dish.

Growing up, I was just surrounded by bakers(aunts), chefs(uncles), and I was raised by one of the best cooks in the Philippines. I wanted to share the flavors they passed on to me.

I may not look like a guy in a chef’s coat. But I can whip up some food in minutes if you need me to.

Online is mostly for recipe and skill coaching. Private dinings are in client’s selected venue.

Services


Cuisines we’re offering are as follows: American, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Mexican

For BBQ catering, need a whole month of reservation in advance.

I’ll be offering: Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Sausages, dark meat Chicken and homemade pickles and slaw.

For lechon/roasted pig/belly orders, please reserve two weeks in advance.



My dessert table options: French Macarons, desserts in cups, cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate-dipped strawberries, fudge brownies, pies, tiramisu and etc.

For cake needs, please book at least 3 weeks in advance for more intricate designs.

For private chef services, we can do a full course meal from scratch and make in front of you.

We can also provide a candle lit dinner for 2, with wine pairings for intimate celebrations.

For in house sushi service, bookings would be a month in advance since we order our fish from a Japanese supplier. Thank you!
