What’s your signature dish?
Chicken parm, Lemon chicken, Jerk chicken, Cheesecake, Chicken alfredo lasagna, lasagna, and many more I am also open to new dishes I will make what ever my client wants.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I go off of the clients palate. I must know ALL ALLERGENS before I service clients.!
What do you love most about your job?
I love to feed clients and see the smiles on their faces and their full stomachs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to cook and make people happy with food so I wanted to open my own business to take my dreams which have become a reality.

Because I make the client feel like family, and I am open to new food.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am very clean when it comes to food service. I wear gloves and mask as I service the clients.
Catering
I do parties and events. I also do bbqs I have a traveling grill.
BBQ
I have a mobile grill that is transported to the location of choice where then I set up and service .
PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL CHEF
With this service I go to the location of choice and preferably the clients home but I will set up for the occasion and service .
