Personal Trainers
She is very personable and helped in some aspects of improving daily activities. But her exercises are extremely erratic, doesn’t follow a regimen every week (even though asked to do so), and ignored patient’s orthopedic limitations and requests to not do certain exercises that would potentially be harmful to the patient. She may be better suited as a trainer but is not suited for any kind of physical therapy or rehab care. Recommend any potential client check her credentials and licenses. More...

This lady is truly a gem! My right shoulder was in “pain”, an exray showed numerous tairs. Much of the pain came from poor posture, came from not relaxing the shoulder and not keeping my arm close to my body. Well after correcting all that, I was ready for a bit of weight lifting. Easing post-operative discomfort with natural solutions by boosting blood flow.
Passive Stretching
Passive Stretching, where you stay relaxed and I do the work!
It is a separate service offered after workout sessions or simply because you may feel stiff or aching.
Passive stretching encourages long term flexibility and mobility.
It the most effective form of stretching for pain relief.
