Semilla de Maiz Catering

I do not recommend this catering company. Went to a wedding the other time and everything they served was cheap and horrible from the salad to the main course. On top of that, it took almost two hours for us to get our food which came out kind of cold and it did not taste good at all. It looked like a mess on the plate. Even the refreshments they had was horrible everything tasted watered down with sugar. I honestly cannot be believe what they were serving was for a "wedding", I felt horrible for the bride and groom because of this catering company. Gerado at Semilla de Maiz was amazing he and his team created a magical dining experience for my guests!!!

From the first tasting to the final wedding day, Chef Gerardo and his team were highly professional and worked with me and my coordinator to make sure my catering needs were met. Semilla de Maiz provided appetizers for my cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner, which everyone loved. As the bride, I did not have time to taste all the appetizers but everyone kept telling me the artichoke dip was AMAZING and I personally LOVED the stuffed chicken.
