I started going to starting point about 2 years ago or more maybe 3 with a childhood friend (both our sons had addiction issues) now in recovery but still go for US. , and found Vince's lectures to be our mid-week afternoon solace & serentity that we needed and the meditation is added bonus..all free. Just did a meeting Vince was the speaker, I don't go regularly but I will be now. I think he could tell I was hurting as I had just heard that my friend passed 2 hours before the meeting, and although I fought back the tears and just sat and listened he gave me a huge hug at the end
