What do you love most about your job?
I love helping the people who dedicate their lives to helping others. My favorite part of marketing is helping a client identify what makes them stand out - whether that's as a dentist who's great with kids or a nutritionist who specializes in hormone health. We believe in empowering our clients, highlighting their successes, and creating custom roadmaps that bring them the recognition they deserve.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I studied New Media at UC Santa Barbara and Web Development at Stanford. I put myself through college and worked 3 jobs to do so. Unfortunately, I was working to pay for classes I had to skip to work. Perhaps because I was burning the candle at both ends, I became extremely sick in my second year of college - multiple appointments with specialists each month sick. This went on for the next few years. I quickly learned how difficult it was to find a good doctor - one who not only had good reviews, but one who was easy to reach online.
I realized I wasn't the only person who struggled with finding the right practitioner. Unfortunately, most people who are extremely sick don't have the time and energy to seek out their perfect provider, because important information is often left off of a doctor’s website. That's why I started Selene Marketing - to help the people helping others and pair the right patients with their perfect practitioners, and vice versa.
