I like to believe what sets my technique apart from others is my approach. My ability to be patient and to listen. To give each individual that needed space. I understand no two people grieve the same. Grief is difficult and it's complicated, a season we all will face one day.

When it comes to Marsan and her ability to not only show sympathy, but more importantly, the empathy that someone needs when going through a traumatic situation in their lives when they may very well feel all alone and utterly hopeless is amazing. Her calm and caring spirit resonates in each and every word and action she shows; never in a rush and never makes you feel as if you are now becoming a burden to her. Patient, kind, understanding and encouraging are just a few words to describe her. She does all this while keeping and giving you a honest and helpful perspective of your situation; lying to you to make you feel better is not a part of her character or her mission. When and if you need help or just someone to hear you(truly hear you), in my opinion, there’s no one better than Marsan. More...

What do you love most about your job?
The one thing I love most about my position is that it's not a job.
I consider it an honor to get to know the loved one you've lost.
I've had the privilege to get to know people all throughout the United States seeing the beauty of their loved ones through their eyes.
I believe in giving back! and if I'm able to help in some small way by coaching you during your grieving then I'm fulfilling my purpose.
And for that I say thank you, thank you for entrusting me with your bereavement heart.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my business was my own personal Journey with grief.
I remember my grandmother telling me that I had a servant's heart, and I didn't always understand that but I've come to learn that if you serve others your reward is so much greater.
I believe no one should have to suffer the loss of a loved one on their own. It's okay if you're not okay but it's better when you don't have to do it alone.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe you should choose, for you. Grief is difficult and complicated. It's important that you find the right person for you. It may take you some time before you're able to even share about your loved one. However, if you're looking for someone that has the patience, understanding and compassion you can choose me.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes! My services are provided online and remotely. I offer One on One Zoom Session, Group Zoom Session and Phone Session. The typical session ranges between 40 minutes to an hour. However, you're never rushed.

Group Zoom more than just Grief
Group Grief Zoom Sessions Offered -
Review from an attendee of Spousal - partner, significant other and Partner Group -
I have been with Marsan for approximately 1 ½ years. I reached out after suffering through several important death events in short order. I attend group sessions due to my personal budgetary constraints. I enjoy the group sessions immensely. Marsan seems to have a knack for knowing if we need to vent, cry, laugh or just lose ourselves in the moment. You never know what you are going to get when you log into the Zoom sessions. She has the inate sense to know when any of the participants need to have a little extra from her. That being said, she is always available to have a private conference with me. She provides such sage advice and wisdom. I never feel judged, embarrassed or even rushed. Often she initiates the phone call to me when she senses that I need a bit of one on one and she is usually correct, even if it is just to talk about anything, everything and usually just nothing in particular. Even though it is a professional relationship, I always walk away feeling like I just had a visit with an old friend, ending with a warm hug. Almost daily, Marsan provides an affirmation via text that always seems to be tailored specifically towards me and my needs or worries. I don’t know that I could have made it through these trying times without her support both as an individual and as a group as well.
