What makes a great website?
There are a few key factors that every great website must have:
1. The most important thing is for the site to be user-friendly. Any potential customer who visits your site should be able to very easily navigate the site and find the information they're looking for.
2. Clear and concise copywriting. The user should be able to find the answer to every question they might have, but they shouldn't have to read a book. Also, don't use big words or technical jargon unless absolutely necessary (keep the writing to about a 6th grade level).
3. It should look professional. Your site can have the best info in the world, but if your site looks like it was built in 1997 people aren't going to trust that you take your business seriously. They will see your website quality as an extension of the quality of everything else you do, and will likely leave to find a business with a higher quality, more trustworthy appearance.
4. Finally, it should be built with SEO best practices in mind (local SEO specifically for local businesses and professionals). There's no reason not to put in the extra effort to optimize your site for SEO. You're already building the site (or having it built for you), go the extra mile and get more out of it!

What do you love most about your job?
Helping small business owners achieve the level of success they first sought after when they decided to start their own business. With such a large percentage of small businesses not making it past 2 years, I love being able to help change that for business owners.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've built and run other businesses in the past, and had to learn to do all my own marketing to make them successful. I realized that instead of the other businesses I had, that I could start a business using those marketing and web design skills I gained by necessity to help other businesses become successful. I've heard of so many small businesses being taken advantage of by advertising companies and website designers, and I wanted to build a company that would change that for as many small businesses as I can.
Why should our clients choose you?
Not "all" clients should choose our services.
Our web design and marketing services are more geared towards small to medium sized businesses. We don't have the ability to build a website similar to Facebook, Amazon, or anything on such a massive scale. Likewise our local SEO marketing services are designed specifically for businesses that serve their own local community, not businesses that are strictly online businesses that operate nationwide.
Regarding our marketing services, we are very selective about who we work with. We analyze the situation of each potential client and only work with those we believe we can help in a big way. Also, we limit ourselves to only working with 3 of any given business type in a particular local area/city. The reason for this is because the local search results typically only show the top 3 results (occasionally 4). If we take on 4 similar clients in a given city, we would inevitably always be competing with ourselves and one of our clients would never reach the top 3. We believe that would be ethically unacceptable and want to make sure we are serving the clients we have as best we can.
Our web design services however, can certainly be applied to virtually any business!
