Sean Russell Photography

Sean is a stand up guy and talented photographer! I was referred to Sean through my cousin who insisted I hire him. I reached out on instagram after looking through his work and he promptly responded. I shared our vibe for the wedding and after talking about planning, pricing and the big day details, I decided to hire him! It was too good to pass up. We had a few things planned out but also wanted the day to feel simple, natural and care free. Sean specializes in capturing moments people least expect instead of the super posed outdated photography. On the big day, he showed up on time, well dressed and extremely polite with a warm smile. He partnered with our videographer throughout the day and worked seamlessly with him! They made a great team. About 2 weeks later I received about 10 best pictures as a "sneak peak" to his work. After about another 2 weeks, we received all remaining photos. If you are particular about your photos as I am, I was happy to receive a digital dump of almost every image taken that day... About 800 beautifully edited photos to pick my absolute favorite. He even made a few special edits for me like removing my tan line and making a few special black and white photos. Sean filled in for us on an emergency basis and took some of the best pictures wr have ever had. He was patient and professional and thought of shots we hadn't worked out ourselves. I highly recommend him!

Sean is amazing!! He photographed my wedding recently and I could not have asked for more. He was diligent and communicated great in the lead up to the wedding, and he was a freaking blessing on the day. Both of us are pretty awkward people, and he basically told us what to do with our bodies to help remedy that. I had several people after the fact say something to the effect of "I feel like your photographer was in like 10 places at once!" Most of all he seemed like a chill, fun person and was very easy to get along with. He turned our photos around faster than any time I had ever seen a photographer promise, and they are amazing.
