We hired Rosewood Development to build a home in Wildflower, Encinitas and remodel one on the Encinitas coast. We found, Mark Redding, the owner, to be extremely professional, detailed oriented, and in possession of an abundance of very talented and reliable subcontractors. Mark stayed within budget and was accurate in predicting the time needed for each project along the way. Additionally, any requests of ours was always addressed immediately. After seeing the high quality of custom homes that Mark Redding built in our neighborhood over the years and how happy people are with their results, it was an easy choice for us to have Mark redo our 20 year old kitchen. The work on our kitchen was an extensive job. Everything went so well that we added more projects. Mark was the Contractor for a major remodel of my home including Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room and Dining Room. All rooms including the Fireplace were demo'd/removed to prepare for new construction.
Our job ran on time and on budget for one reason...Mark Redding. Communication was excellent on a daily basis. Each morning Mark would be at our home to discuss any issues, provide solutions and apprise us of exactly what work would take place that day. Our Remodel results were beyond expectation in terms of quality and workmanship! I highly recommend Mark (Rosewood Development) to anyone. Mark is a true professional in all areas of his craft!
In addition to the remodel, I had some wall/water damage in a Rental Property and never hesitated to call Mark. As a professional interior designer for more than 35 years I have worked with MANY general contractors. I can't offer enough praise to Rosewood Development and owner Mark Redding for the wonderfully efficient, professional and quality remodel of my home. On schedule and within budget, Mark kept the disruption in our home to a minimum and left us with beautiful new bathrooms as well as other work. Mark had come to us highly recommended by a long- time commercial general contractor colleague. Can't get a better recommendation than that!
