It was the first week of December when our home experienced heavy rainstorms which, resulted in roof and ceiling leaked. To address further damage, we called SB Builders and Construction to repair or restore certain damages. The good thing is they responded to our call immediately and sent a crew out the next day. They checked everything, tracked down the leak, and after that, they started right away. It was an easy job I think, as they finished it immediately, before the given time. They covered the leaked, sealed holes, and joint, replace the damages on the roof, and ceilings. Extremely comfortable to work with people as the crew was polite and addresses me respectfully. Impressive people, and super thankful for their work as I now at ease. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs to their home. More...

My husband and I were looking to build a new home on a parcel of land in great falls. We spoke to various builders and then we spoke to bob with Sb builders, I cannot put my finger on why we chose him. All I can say, it was the best decision. He is very knowledgeable, polite and honest. The communication was wonderful and we were constantly being updated about the status of our home. Bob is one of the most honest, compassionate and considerate people we have come across.  After interviewing several contractors for various home remodel projects Bob was the only contractor that didn't just ask us what we wanted, and come up with a price tag. Instead, Bob asked us what we wanted to achieve and provided solutions to fit our budget. Bob took everything into consideration with our projects to include personal life changes involving an out-of-state move and expected baby so you can imagine the stress.  With a deep understanding of our family situation and thoughtfulness, Bob took it upon himself to alleviate as much stress for us as possible and went out of his way to provide first rate care for us as customers and as people.
