Thanks for your interest in working with me, my name is Chef Nate. I started my career in fine dining Philadelphia about 15 years ago. Real fancy type stuff. Lots of fun and lots of very hard work. The hours became too overwhelming when i wanted to start a family so i switched to the catering side of things.

For the last 7 years i have worked for a popular company in Philadelphia, and for the last 2 years i have taken on jobs for myself as i build my own business.

I enjoy making something special for my clients. Food brings people together and provides nourishment to the body.
I aim to cook with mainly organic high quality ingredients and cook everything from scratch. Other caterers may buy premade potato salad and just "doctor" it up but this is a sad story for a chef.

Working with me I like to listen to you about your vision. I like to feel your party and the flow of how food could Enhance the experience. Many often ask me how my food tastes so good and well, it's just, the Love.
