When creating the perfect menu for my clients I start by asking them for A general list of foods they enjoy , and What allergies / food restrictions themselves or there guests may have. I then create A vision board menu I feel would best suit the occasion and food preferences of the client. lastly the client and I collaborate to finalize An amazing menu they are completely satisfied with.

What I love most about my career in the food industry is the creativity of the art itself . The way my dishes can light up A persons day and create an experience that can't be recreated .

My Ancestors are my biggest inspiration for starting my own business. My grandmother taught me how to cook at a very young age and always encourage the importance of feeding people. Cooking Is my passion yes, but its bigger than me . Feeding others is my gift to share. I strongly believe a business with out purpose is like a fish out of water.
