What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
It's not as much about capturing what you see as it is about capturing what you feel. I do my best to capture moments that feel authentic to you. While I always believe there is a place to capturing that 'over the mantel' photo- the ones we cherish are the photos of you and your partner laughing together, or your little one playing with you.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are you hoping to accomplish with this shoot? Where will the final product end up (i.e. social media, a print for your home, a website etc.)
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and putting them at ease in front of a camera. I've learned SO much from my clients at these shoots and I genuinely look forward to each shoot. It also allows me to be creative and express myself.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been working in Marketing for years and had always done photography on the side. It felt like the right time to bet on myself and my love for photography so I took a chance and it has been amazing!
Why should our clients choose you?
Photography IS about the photos, but it's also about the experience. I put my clients at ease, over-communicate and genuinely care about the full process from the time you reach out to the time I deliver your photos. I love working with kids, and with adults (even those who don't always love being in front of the camera) because I know I have the ability to capture authentic shots.
Proposal/Engagement Photography
Two separate packages are available for this service.
1) All inclusive, I will help you plan your proposal start to finish, work with you on location scouting, logistics, timeline and reservations if they are necessary and then photograph the proposal plus engagement photos. This is great for people coming from out of town or anyone that just wants a little support from an outside source to ensure such an amazing life moment runs smoothly.
2) Photography only, I will show up to the location of your choosing for your proposal and be discreet while photographing your special moment. I will also add in engagement photos after the proposal.
Family Photography
I'm available for smaller more intimate family shoots on your home or at a location of your choosing. I am also available for larger family shoots outdoors. I love working with families to document their special life moments.
Personal Branding
Are you an influencer, or someone who uses social media for business purposes? (A personal trainer, small business owner, hair dresser etc.) I can help you build your branding to put your best foot forward. I offer extensive photography options to help you build your social strategy and have photos that genuinely feel like you.
Headshots/Senior Portraits
If you're looking for business professional photos or photos for your yearbook- look no further. I'm creative but know when it's time to get down to business. We'll make sure you walk away with headshots you can't wait to use!
