Working with Sara can be summed up into two works. Culinary pleasure. Sara’s cooking offered us myriad opportunities in catering for our party of 100ppl.
While she specializes in colorful modern middle eastern cuisine, Sara’s palate is expansive and can make any of your culinary desires come true at your engagement.

Sara was recommended by our wedding planner (Once Upon a Time Wedding Services) and we’re so glad she was. Sara, Jackie, and the rest of the staff made our wedding day so special and tasty. The tasting was incredible and ever since we couldn’t wait for our wedding day to taste the delicious food again. They worked with us as our guest list number changed, worked with our rental companies to help us get everything we needed within our budget, and made the day-of great by making sure we actually ate (crucial) and that there was enough food at both cocktail hour and dinner to make sure everyone had enough food to power them through our epic reception dance party. They were also so instrumental in making sure tables were set up, the flow of the reception and cocktail hour was right, and that the night went off without a hitch. I didn’t realize all the tasks a good caterer does to make a wedding successful and Sara’s did SO MUCH for our special day. One other note - Sara’s worked with us for a unique (read: not the standard wedding fare) menu that I’ve seen at no other weddings - truly unique and personalized to our tastes. Sara's Cooking and Catering catered a Sunday brunch for 41 people at our family's home.  The food was delicious from the smoked salmon platter to the cooked items - latkes, noodle kugel, french toast, etc.  Sara and her crew came on time, presented a beautiful buffet, and replaced items as needed. Then they packaged up the leftovers, cleaned up and left the kitchen pristine. We highly recommend Sara's Cooking and Catering and would have them again to celebrate another special occasion. Sara's was really great for our wedding!  Our initial tasting was intimate and helpful.  We ended up going with the Moroccan chicken tagine which is INCREDIBLE.  All payments and communication were clear and prompt via email, invoices were super detailed, and on the day of the wedding, staff were prompt, polite, and jovial and the food was beautiful and, of course, delicious.  We are so appreciative for all that Jackie, Yoel, Sara, and the rest of the crew did to make our wedding guests feel comfortable and well-fed!  They also coordinated with our rental company and packed up all the leftovers for us at the end of the night.  Awesome crew all around! I truly loved Sara’s Cooking & Catering and highly recommend them to anyone! We hired Sara’s catering for our wedding and they exceeded all of our expectations. They were extremely flexible from the beginning and always willing to work with us regarding our menu and costs. We had the wedding at our house, and it was pouring rain throughout the whole day. Sara’s Cooking & Catering were so incredibly kind, hard-working, and were able to adapt to the weather. They set things up on the fly due to the weather and made everything look better than we even planned. Oh, and the food? Delicious! Our guests continually complimented the food and service during and weeks after the wedding. Sara’s Cooking & Catering made our wedding special, and I can honestly say we will never forget them. I am going back to the source of where I found Sara and absolutely fell in love with her work. From the moment I met her to a year and half later at the wedding, Sara and her team did an outstanding job! Sara's Cooking always puts the customer first. She is always accessible and always willing to help make any changes to the menu, tables, schedules at the customer's request. I've come to only work with Sara for events because there is no caterer out there better than her. I've attended several of their weddings and the set up always reminds me of a beautiful painting. I also use her private chef services do to my special diet. I sat down with Sara and described some of my health problems and she came up with a meal plan to help curb some of my problems. I now feel much healthier since I've started that meal plan and I can thank Sara for making me feel better! Not to mention I've never had a bad meal from Sara, every dish is packed with its own unique flavor and they really try to emphasize worldly cuisine. We have used Sara twice now for big events.  Sara and her team are spectacular.  We just did a post wediding brunch for over 100 and the food was spectacular.  The potato latkes are a must!  We also had quiche, frittata, and shashuka that were all so wonderfully prepared.    Sara's team is also fantastic.  They kept the food coming (buffet), were wonderful servers and then cleaned the space so that it didn't even look like a party had been there.  Highly recommend Sara! Sara's Catering was absolutely perfect for the rehearsal dinner for our wedding. Though we don't keep kosher, we went with the kosher menu because we wanted traditional brisket, schnitzel, etc. Everything tasted more delicious than we could have hoped for, and the leftovers stayed yummy for days after. She even surprised us with an extra salad!  Sara and her son dropped off the meal personally, and were so warm and pleasant. We'll definitely look for opportunities to order from them again! More...

Sara recently catered our Department holiday event and it went wonderfully. Sara was very organized from the start and made sure we were happy with the menu and had everything we would need for our event. She provided a drop-off catering service for us, and Sara and her staff arrived promptly and set everything up quickly. The food was delicious and there was more than enough for everyone. Sara's Cooking and Catering was everything we hoped for and more!<br><br>Sara and her team are attentive, helpful and overall very sweet. I called on a Monday with a corporate event scheduled for Thursday and spoke with Maya, the event coordinator, about sizing and options for the luncheon. She walked through the options and pricing based on my budget and made some wonderful suggestions and when the day came they certainly delivered on quality and expectations. <br><br>During lunch Sara and her team were attentive to the needs of the office we were providing lunch for and were very professional and sweet. I received a compliment from everyone in attendance and was very proud to have been a part of the process and the best part is that Sara delivered a wonderful service without even knowing that I was in attendance. <br><br>I would definitely suggest using Sara for any event and will be contacting her in the future, she's a wonderful lady with a great menu of options for any event. <br><br>-pro tip: definitely get the chicken milanese! Sara and her staff were amazing to work with. Sara stayed on the ball and took care of everything we needed for our wedding. She is super sweet, organized, and she showed that she really cared about how our wedding went. She was great at contacting me for information and she made sure that all the details were clear in advance. <br><br>Sara's cooking was also great at accommodating dietary restrictions. I am a vegetarian, and she had some amazing options for an almost entirely vegetarian wedding. I want to say thank you so much to Sara and her crew.  They showed up with time to spare and set up beautifully.   The staff were professional and thoughtful.  The food was fabulous and delicious.  We had a bit of rain and they were able to maneuver everything so the impact on dinner was hardly noticed.  I recommend them to everyone and especially to those who want a personal touch from their caterer.
