This is a great gym! Not only for fighters, but anyone looking to be a healthier version of themselves. The coaching staff are very attentive to those who may not know exactly what they're doing and even the fighters help out the novice athlete! I went to their boxing class for the first time yesterday. I loved it. Not only was the coach great, but the other fighters where very welcoming, and there was a genuine feeling of camaraderie amongst every one in the gym. I will definitely be returning.

A one on one experience with sarah Whitmore, where your programming and goal setting will be done specifically on a client basis and monitored daily by her.
This is perfect for someone who does not prefer group classes or has specific goals and time sets in mind.

Get ready to FIGHT for your Fitness!

This conditioning class focuses on developing the cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance needed to be able to stand and throw consistent powerful strikes for prolonged time periods. The class will primarily utilize heavy bags, Kettle Bells, Plyometrics and Body weight movements. But you also may see running, airdyne, jump ropes and other fun stuff

This is a great class for beginner athletes looking to build endurance levels, trim body fat, and learn some basic martial arts movements, but can and will be made individually challenging enough to benefit even the most seasoned competitive fighter.

This is our newest and biggest program we offer! Created by co-owner and head coach Sarah Whitmore, FightBurn is a body weight only class. This class combines choreographed striking, BJJ and wrestling techniques to music and has been dishing out a huge calorie burn. This class is ALL LEVELS with NO previous experienced required at all! Bring a towel though, and get ready to BURN IT DOWN with us!

Arguably the most classic and time tested sport in the combat world, boxing is a class that you definitely do not want to miss! All classes will include a variety of bag work, shadow boxing, and footwork. Students will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises. Each class will be designed to teach professional boxing and self defense skills. You will gain strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and confidence in a full body workout. As you increase your boxing capabilities, you can move on to more advanced skilled boxing training.
