Sarah was an absolute dream to work with! First of all she has amazing lightweight energy and is so sweet and funny! Planning a wedding thousands of miles away was stressful no doubt, however Sarah was always easy to communicate with from the very beginning. She set up an initial phone consult and promptly had my quote to me. She worked with me to come up with a plan/schedule (honestly, her schedule was the template for my wedding schedule which removed a lot of stress) that fit our time, budget, and desires. The day of the wedding she made things so easy, from running around at multiple locations with a smile on her face, to making sure that we could get pictures of my sick toddler that we actually loved. Sarah did an AMAZING job with our wedding. The pictures turned out absolutely beautiful. She was very professional but also kept things light and fun on the day of. She was also very easy to get in contact with and always replied quickly! As a wedding photographer myself, I am picky when it comes to choosing someone to photography my wife and I... but when I found Sarah's website, it was an easy decision. The talent is obvious (she's awesome), and her communication was so great. She was always super friendly, super accommodating, and she really gave us an incredible experience (which by itself was worth every penny). She really does give it "her all." SARAH was SUCH an amazing person to work with, she's truly a natural in making us feel comfortable, it was so easy to smile and laugh with her, and the time flew by because we were having so much fun! But THEN we got the photos, and just BLOWN AWAY. I can't endorse her enough, her photos were amazing. You can't pick the weather, but you CAN pick the best photographer! Sarah captured stunning photos for our trip to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Despite the sudden rain, she created images that glowed with joy and genuine love. I feel like she captured "us," and that is HUGE. Sarah's a blast and just plain fun to be around--she really does make posing feel like a party! Her artistic style is so celebratory, which came across even on a gloomy, cloudy day. Sarah photographed our wedding on the big island and we had the best experience.  My wife and i decided to have a private ceremony in a beautiful but somewhat remote location, Sarah was punctual, very detail oriented, and had a great knack for capturing the moment, which i think can be difficult in somewhat remote settings.  I think what set Sarah apart for us though was the way she took the time to get to know us, get a sense of who we were, what we were like, and the way she translated that into our photos.  We could not have been more at ease and happier with her work, Would highly recommend her without a doubt. She is an incredible photographer who is very professional and an utterly refreshing presence on the day of your wedding.
She went above and beyond! Her creativity and absolute ease with people resulted in photos I and my spouse adore! She was organised and had people where they needed to be so I didn't have to lift a finger. She made me feel special and excited on my wedding day. She is such a kind hearted person to boot. We booked Sarah for our engagement pictures which turned out amazing. I get complemented all the time about how stunning they are. Right before we were to meet Sarah to travel to the engagement shoot location, my fiance's parents had mentioned the lake we had wanted to go was now packed with people and boats. Sarah was amazing and able to meet us instead last minute at another location. Talk about flexibility with amazing quality of service provided! Sarah did all our photos for our September Barn wedding. She was enthusiastic, full of fun and joy that was contagious to everyone. She made our portrait sessions fun and engaging and was excellent at getting our massive bridal party of 18 to cooperate. We were all having fun and it shows in the photos!
