Tammy Hilleary is great. She helped me regain range of motion, flexibility, and strength. She showed me lots of good exercises for addressing shoulder and neck issues. She customized the exercises to match what I was capable of. Her enthusiasm and knowledge enabled me to start working out without hurting myself, so I could progress with my rehab.
