I have battled rheumatoid arthritis for years and had reached the max dose of methotrexate that can be taken orally. The next step was injections, and I wanted desperately not to go down that path. He helped me to understand the importance of balancing activity with calorie intake at a macronutrient level which made all the difference in the world. His workouts keep me moving with respect for what my joints can handle that day, and he adapts on a whim.
