It was a pleasure working with the Saltair team and their sub contractors. They are knowledgeable and experienced. They supported our plans and ideas while also giving some suggestions that turned out to be great. What started out as a kitchen remodel with the removal of a wall, ended up being an open concept. That included changes to our dining and living room. We would highly recommend Saltair for any remodel or building construction. And, for sure we will use them again when we remodel our bathrooms. How long have you been in business?
I have been in the business since 2013, this business in new and was established in 2023.
What guarantee does your work come with?
1 year workmanship for remodels, 10 year warranty for new construction.
What do you love most about your job?
It is very satisfying to see clients enjoy their new space, whether it's cooking in a new kitchen, enjoying the extra bedroom of after a room addition or even renting out a freshly built ADU and creating another stream of income for their family.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked as a project manager both for real estate developers and for other general contractors and acted most of the time as the contractor, explaining the workers what to do and working on certain things myself at times. I got frustrated when clients would come with complains about basic things like lack of communication and clarity about different processes so I decided to go on my own and be as transparent and reliable as I possibly can.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think the design services we offer in house combined with the open communication I have with most of my clients make me a good candidate for choosing our company to work with. I do not have project managers and sales people, small business owner supporting his family - no big time corporation.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Unfortunately there are no home remodel robots I can operate from afar yet, but we will be the first in line to get these.
Kitchen Remodel
Kitchen remodeling involves updating the look and functionality of a kitchen.
This can include changes such as replacing old appliances with new ones, updating the layout of the kitchen to make it more efficient, replacing or refinishing the countertops, cabinets, and flooring, and adding new features such as an island or breakfast bar.
The scope of a kitchen remodel can range from a simple update of finishes to a complete tear-down and rebuild of the space.
The process of kitchen remodeling typically involves working with our in-house designer to create a plan for the new space & selecting materials and finishes.
Bathroom Remodeling
A bathroom remodel is a project that involves updating and improving the existing features and finishes in a bathroom. This can include replacing fixtures such as the toilet, sink, and shower or bathtub, as well as updating the flooring, walls, and lighting. It may also involve adding new features such as a double vanity, a heated floor, or a steam shower.
The scope of a bathroom remodel will depend on the size of the space, the budget, and the goals of the homeowner. Some people may choose to do a complete overhaul of their bathroom, while others may opt for more modest updates.
A bathroom remodel can be a complex and time-consuming project, our team will help you plan carefully for this.
Room Addition

Garage Conversion
A garage conversion is a project that involves converting an existing garage into a living space or other functional area. This can be an attractive option for homeowners who want to add additional living space to their home without the cost and hassle of building an addition.
There are many different ways to approach a garage conversion, and the specific steps involved will depend on the size and layout of the garage and the intended use of the space.
Some common options for garage conversions include:
1. Adding living space: Many homeowners choose to convert their garage into a guest room, home office, or family room. This typically involves adding insulation, drywall, and electrical and plumbing systems to the space.
2. Creating a home gym or recreation room: A garage can make a great space for a home gym or recreational activities.
3. Adding a workshop or studio: A garage conversion can also be an ideal space for a workshop, art studio, or other type of hobby or craft space.
4. Building an apartment or in-law suite: Depending on the size and layout of the garage, it may be possible to create a small apartment or in-law suite, complete with a kitchenette, bathroom, and living area.
ADU
An ADU, or accessory dwelling unit, is a small, self-contained living space that is built on the same property as a single-family home. ADUs are also sometimes referred to as "in-law units," or "secondary units." They can be attached to the main home, or they can be a separate structure.
ADUs can be a great option for homeowners who want to add additional living space to their property, either for personal use or as a rental unit. They can also be a good option for
aging parents or grown children who want to live independently while remaining close to family.
The process of building an ADU will vary depending on the size and location of the property and the intended use of the space.
