Just completed a two-stage (due to co-op board regulations) renovation with Michael from SM Zako. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Michael was patient, responsive, and thorough throughout the whole process. His workers were respectful and did quality work. He stuck to both the timeline (finished two days early!) AND the budget. Every detail was attended to and the team was professional and responsive. SM Zako did an amazing job with our renovation! From start to finish, they helped us every step of the way. It's difficult these days to find an honest contractor; however, Spiros was very honest with pricing, timeline and feasibility. His word is his bond. Stavroula was especially helpful with the administrative aspect of our renovation as she has tons of experience working with management companies and their requirements. Michael is the tech guru on the team. We wanted to install the latest in lighting, sound systems and internet access.
