What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
It's all about feeling and authentic connection.
My irrepressible eagerness to share my passions has found its home behind the lens and through storytelling. Photography allows me to listen. I become a student of the world. It has allowed me to humanize connections to landscapes and other cultures. Our planet is vast, but we all share it together. We all have stories; we are all curious. We all connect with the dirt beneath our feet and should expect a certain sense of dignity and compassion. I hope to cultivate meaning beyond just a pretty picture. When that relationship is established, it sparks dialogue, it taps into a visceral sense of wonder, and it promotes awareness for our incredibly diverse cultures and landscapes.
We slow down, we observe, we listen, we engage; we strive to leave this little sphere we all call home a better and more equitable place.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'll be up front and honest with potential clients on if we are a good working match. Look for me to ask a few questions and just have a conversation with you on making sure we can work together to create some beautiful photos full of indelible memories and connect deeply with you.
I will want to know what style you are aiming for, location you might have in mind, what the photos will be for, etc...?
What do you love most about your job?
I've been fortunate to travel the world and experience many diverse cultures, landscapes and remote pockets of the world. I'm insatiably passionate about connecting with people and the land. I live by the mantra Be Curious. Be Compassioante. Photography allows me to slow down and feel into the world. It expands my worldview and helps me create beautiful new relationships.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy running my own show and have the flexibility to do what I love. I have a pretty strong moral compass and ethos...and I like to stick to those as best I can!
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm unique. I feel deeply. I find beauty in the mundane or nuanced. I'm easy-going and will work above and beyond to get you the photos you're seeking.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At this point, I don't require anything different, but I am respectful of individual's needs, so if there is an issue or precaution that a client would like to take, I'd be happy to work with them to make sure we all feel safe and comfortable.
Family Portraits
A typical session fee is $400 for 2 hours to 2.5 hours (fee includes post-processing, organizing and uploading as well)It includes me coming to you or meeting you at a place of your choosing for a planning session. If it is more than an hour outside of the Denver Metro Area, there will be additional costs. The planning session will include us getting to know each other, me showing you some work and getting an idea of what we are looking to get out of the shoot.
When we decide on a time and a place to shoot, I will meet you there and we will spend roughly 2 to 2.5 hours capturing authentic and unique portraits. After the shoot, I will select 50-100 photos and professionally retouch them before sending the edited digital files to you. These photos are forever yours. If you'd like to order prints, we can do so for additional costs.
Pet Portraits
A typical session fee for 2 hours and post processing time is $400.
I will come to meet you in your favorite park, along your pet's favorite trail or cozy chair at home. If it's more than 1 hour away from the Denver Metro Area, then additional fees will apply.
The session includes me enjoying a bit of time with your pet and you getting to know you both. Then, I will shoot for roughly an hour. It will be laid-back and personable. After the shoot, I will select 50-75 photos that I will professionally retouch and send you the edited digital files for you to keep. If you'd like to order prints, we can do so as well at additional costs.
Events
I cover all sorts of events including a variety of parties, family reunions, sporting events, assignments cookouts, meetups, etc... I offer a free planning session to meet with you and see if it will be a good fit, finalize pricing and envisioning what you'd like from the shoot.
I'm also able to help you capture those soulful moments to assist you in your marketing and/or branding efforts for your company, service or product.
Professional/Business Portraits
I offer a variety of business shoots that include professional headshots, photos of your office space or products for marketing purposes. I offer a free planning session to meet with you and see if it will be a good fit, finalize pricing and envisioning what you'd like.
