What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people make changes and grow so that their lives are more peaceful and productive. I am always in awe that I have been given the gift and opportunity to affects others to improve their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Owning my own business has been such a blessing. Having worked in a number on non-profit organizations, I gained great ability to focus on what I do best - counsel. I do what I love and love what I do. And I appreciate and am humbled by every client's trust in my abilities. I am also so grateful for the education I had which has allowed me to offer so much and I am so grateful that I can give back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer safe and confidential counseling services. For me, ethical practices are important toward building a good solid relationship with my clients. In addition, I have a strong background in studying history, religion, philosophy and anthropology. My graduate degree in counseling specialized in addictions and recovery. My personal life has also been affected by addictions and dysfunction in my family giving me a unique perspective on how useful counseling can be in our lives. I know from personal experience that low self-esteem can be changed and that you too can live a full life.

Yes, I provide tele-counseling. I use Zoom.com for any client who is not comfortable to come into my office or who is some distance from my office. In addition, I have been trained in tele-counseling to offer confidential services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide tele-counseling. In addition, my office is situated in a such a way that my clients and I are more then 6' apart. I sanitize all furniture and doors between each session. And I also have an air purifier for additional protection.
