When I say Russell Photography was by far the easiest decision we made for our wedding, I mean it!!! Wally, Michelle, and their staff were so pleasant to work with that it made our wedding even more enjoyable. My partner and I had Wally and Michelle and their assistant Colleen as our wedding photographers and they did just a fabulous job! From the first messages and initial meeting I knew we'd made the right choice. Wally and Michelle were really great about setting up a meeting around the time difference since we were planning the wedding from abroad, and were incredibly genuine in their excitement on our behalf and took a lot of care to make sure we understood all of the different package options. They also took a lot of time to explain what types of photos we may want for our album, seeing as this was our first rodeo and very much not theirs. Our wedding ran a bit late (as they do), but they were able to turn the marathon of group shots into a sprint that nevertheless didn't feel rushed in any way--they were just really good at wrangling the guests as needed while still keeping a light atmosphere. Could not have asked for a better experience, and thanks again to Wally and Michelle for all your advice and hard work! We can't wait to see the album! =) More...

Russell Photographer did such an amazing job for us at our wedding. Especially on such short notice! We had a big financial disagreement with our scheduled photographer (a family friend) just two weeks before the wedding, and no longer felt comfortable using her. My fiancé had remembered Russell photography from her initial research, and thankfully for us, they had just had a cancellation. We talked to them right away, and felt so much more at ease. And just like that, we had new photographers! They did such an amazing job, at a fair price. I can’t recommend them enough. I highly recommend Russell Photography. Wally is very professional who has been doing this for over 20 years. Photography is his passion and he loves what he does. He takes good care of his clients, his studio is at home, but it is extraordinary. I went for a professional headshot and he took over 70 different headshots, with different angles, adjusted lighting, and different background colors. Wally took my son's senior pictures. He made him feel comfortable right away and the photos are beautiful! The setting is lovely and peaceful. We never felt rushed and we had both indoor and outdoor pictures taken. Wally was easy to work with and very patient when I was choosing which prints I wanted. He gives you the copyright so you can have the photos printed elsewhere if that's what you prefer. Wally was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Extremely pleased with how our engagement and wedding photos turned out. INCREDIBLE! Freezing cold for our engagement photos and tornado warnings during our wedding and they adapted to everything thrown our way with ease! Not to mention we had to postpone the wedding due to the pandemic. We had fun working with them, they treat you like family. Definitely had some great laughs! Wally and Michelle just did our wedding last weekend. They were so professional and helpful! Michelle stepped in and helped iron my dress after it had become wrinkled. They braved the cold and took pictures outside in the snow! We received our photos in less then a week and they are beautiful! I laughed and cried (happy tears!) looking through all the photos! We needed to update our family photos with our new additions. It has been a while and we have three little ones that are all "high energy". If you have "high energy" kids, you know that sitting still for more than 3 minutes is hard let alone for 30 minutes of photos. Michelle and Wally were welcoming, friendly and professional to work with. Wally was responsive to my emails and we setup a time to go to their in home studio. The kids loved it and while it was certainly hard to corral them all, we got it done and the photos came out great. My husband and I recently got married and had the honor of having Wally and Michelle with us to capture the glorious beautiful day! Wally and Michelle were amazing and they really know what to do to make the day go smoothly when it comes to photos and the video.
