What do you love most about your job?
My passion in recent years has been in the study of Human Behavior and how people can transform their lives from the base level of intentionally shifting perspective and changing everyday habits that ripple out in a positive way to the rest of our lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've gravitated toward coaching my whole life. It brings me a lot of joy to support others in identifying what sparks joy in their life, what their potential is, what they want to do with that, and how to achieve it.
Why should our clients choose you?
My passion in recent years has been in the study of Human Behavior and how people can transform their lives from the base level of intentionally shifting perspective and changing everyday habits that ripple out in a positive way to the rest of our lives. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Southern Maine, and have officially been accepted as an MSW Candidate to Boston College School of Social Work's Advanced Standing Program. I have worked in the fields of Emotional, Mental, and Behavioral Health for 8 years and served in a variety of roles as a Therapeutic Mentor and Behavioral Health Professional.

Individual Coaching is a fully remote/online service which includes:
-Weekly 45-minute Coaching Sessions via Phone or Zoom.
-Asynchronous messaging with 3hr response time 9am-5pm, 7 days a week.
-Live Messaging 6pm-8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-7pm Wednesdays.
