Oh man- Aubrey!!!her and her team were absolutely amazing and worked with us to make our outdoor barn wedding dreams come true. When we had to change venues 4 weeks prior to the wedding, she was super willing to work with us and re assess what needed to be done in terms of decor. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to help me with my event. The process was so smooth. There was the initial call, lots of pictures, efficient messaging, even a run through to ensure she had everything right for us and, timely setup and tear down. I couldn't have asked for such an amazing event coordinator/ decorator. Aubrey exceeded my expectations and more. She was very professional, had everything organized, provided small details and kept aligned for my daughter's birthday theme. She was even willing to deliver and set up early ahead before the party started. I liked how prompt she was. She was so easily accessible, her responses through email/ text were always met at my needs, even if and when i had last minute questions/ requests. She is so very respectful and a pleasant person to work with. Photos of some of the detailed work she had prepared for my daughters "whimsical, woodland mushroom fairy tale garden party" at the park. What do you love most about your job?
The planning and execution of a vision and then seeing the final product. The moment of silence to see all the decorations up right before all the guests comes in. Then they see it, and their eyes go wide, and they can't believe how gorgeous everything is.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the feeling of being invited to a wedding. The beautiful moment families are sharing together and knowing that some may not have seen each other in a while. The fact that weddings can bring families from all over the world together to celebrate and just dance the night away.

Event Planner
Plan and research venues, vendors, caterers, rental companies, etc., to make sure your big day goes off without a hitch. I'll manage timelines with budget frames, cut-offs, and absolute deadlines. Weekly status updates and monthly conference to assure that the planning is going smoothly. Creates detailed plan when it comes to design, aesthetic, and budget for your event.
Event Decorator
Create vision board that aligns with your aesthetic and decoration preferences. Suggests details you might have overlooked that will compliment the whole theme. Create custom pieces to accentuate and deliver more wow-factor. Create a vibe that you want your guests to remember forever.
Month/Day-of-Coordinator
Help with buttoning up little details as you get closer to your big day. Have all vendors confirmed and lined up as to when they can come and set up on day off. Make sure that guest list is finalized and any out of town guests are taken care of. Handle all last minute coordination and questions from vendors. Create and execute timeline of the event flow, ensuring that you and your guests are entertained the whole time. Help with last minute errands and ensure you are stress free and enjoying your moment.
