I always have the best time at RSC! The escape room was a fun challenge which kept us moving and working through some fun brain teasers.
We had an absolute blast and would recommend for the whole family!

We start by discussing what you've done in the past, what's been most frustrating for you, what your goals are, and work together to make a plan to get you started on the right path!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Trying not to get misled by the simplicity of what actually works. Eat clean, mainly fruits and veggies and workout about 2-4 times weekly. Stay consistent, get right back up if you fall, recruit a friend, and say no to temptation!
What do you love most about your job?
I once had a client break out in tears after performing an exercise she couldn't do a couple months ago. She explained how increased strength and energy allows her to play with her grandchildren without compromise now.
With this job, I love how much of an impact I have on people's lives. It's truly surreal watching people transform their lives like they've never imagined

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote training, smaller group classes, mainly 1-1 training in a large studio, frequent cleaning, I wear a mask, and outside training when desired.
