I didn't hire them but my neighbors did. They always park their trailer and truck tires on my lawn. Grass has always had a hard time growing there and cannot recover due to this happening frequently.

This was a terrible experience for us from the beginning. Not only do they refuse to admit when they are wrong or apologize for not keeping appointments, but they installed dead plants and when we sent them photos and emails, they continued to refuse to stand by their company and replace the plants that were dead. I expressed our concerns on how dead they looked on delivery and followed up with photos and emails a week later. Our last email to them they said they would let us know their decision but never made one other than ignoring our requests to do the right thing. We've had 3 friends ask for a good landscaping company since and we of course told them anyone BUT RRR lawn and landscaping. Do it yourself. It will be less of a headache. More...

Ryan and Nikki at RRR were wonderful to work with. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness. They worked with us to build a landscape that worked within our budget, but they also allowed us to add additional requests for the project along the way and had a quick turnaround on updated quotes. The foreman on my project, AJ, was amazing. AJ is an extremely hard worker who is professional and personable. Our back yard hadn't been cared for in years and now with a beautiful paver patio, several well landscaped beds with flowers, bushes and mulch as well as a newly seeded yard, our backyard is a pleasant and comfortable place to relax after a long day. RRR Lawn & Landscape went the extra mile to ensure that our project was completed correctively and on time. Our new boulder retaining wall was a major undertaking. Ryan’s attention to details was evident. We are now enjoying an area that was plagued with water problems and little grass growth. We love the beautiful leveled off lawn on top of the boulder wall and the natural woods below. We found the service of the company to be incredible. Ryan was responsive to our concerns and offered open communication along the entire project. He managed the project as if it was his own home. Since our new landscaping has be in, all of our neighbors and family comment on how beautiful it looks. RRR gave us the personalized service and had all the equipment and resources to get the job done. We appreciated the way RRR conduct business by being thorough, professional and quick.
