I really would like to get this word about how terrible this company treats there customers . I ended up purchasing my families future dream home . We planned on remodeling the first floor . Had the install a load bearing beam. Not only did the end price of the entire job go up 8,000 dollars with all the order changes they will throw at you for the remodeling . What’s even better is I was charged for a footing to take some of the load of the new beam. Instead I got a contractor that just scored the surface of my basement flooring with a masonry diamond plate cutting wheel. Trust me it gets even better , now I have to install load bearing material to support the basement that is now taking on more load if the job was originally done right. Oh yeah don’t use their dry wall guy either because there is no communication between the two contractors , not only did I have to pay for the $8,000 more in order changes they will just throw at you . There will be no walk through after he subs work out. The communication is so bad the company told us dry wall was done. I had stopped by my house after receiving the message . Well guess what 4 walls were missing drywall. And instead of reaching back out to the contractor to resolve the issue. I know I would get such a hard time and head ache that I had to call the dry waller my self and pay him another 1,000 dollars out of my pocket. Communication is terrible. The will quote a job not do some of the work and still charge you more at the end . Trust me just don’t do it More...

Absolutely terrible! Put a beam in at my daughter's. I had to hire an independent engineer for $1000.00 who showed me how he failed to do the footing that they charged a $1200.00 extra for. Liars and cheats.
