This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they truly love animals! They even sent me pics of my babies because I was curious if they would play in the pond! Jordyn is very professional and patient. She took time to answer all my questions and alleviate all anxieties I had about leaving my fur babies. Rosehill Pet Resort is an amazing facility. I have boarded all three of my dogs for about 6 years. My oldest started off very shy and due to Rosehill’s patience and consistencies, he now loves coming for play day on a regular basis. He is a high strung baby, and even when he gets groomed they work with him and he always comes home happy. Would highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.? More...

The receptionists are kind, attentive, and responsive to calls.The kennel technicians are kind and your pet's well being and happiness are their number 1 priority. They are professional, and caring, and enjoy giving your dog/cat love.Management is extremely organized, and on top of all inner workings of the business, so nothing is over looked or forgotten, and no pet is left wanting for anything.The owner is a sweet lady that has made her business feel like a home away from home.They have a groomer and a dog trainer, who (from my experience watching them work) are not only competent, but are also compassionate, and professional. Our fur babies have been staying at Rosehill Pet Resort since we moved to Cypress about 5 years ago. We just picked up our Chandler and Wimbley today from an extended visit. I can't thank the staff enough for the exceptional care they gave our dogs. I love rosehill! I love the staff. We have been kenneling our dogs with them for over 8 yrs. They are the only people who have been able to truly take care of my senior pooch who is epileptic. They have been there when when we lost a very beloved pooch and are now going through the puppy stage with our new dog. They are very caring and my dogs absolutely love their home away from home!!! My girls love Rosehill they took out girls in when we had to stay at a hotel after Harvey since than we have used them to board our girls Chloe and Zoey. Well about a week ago we had to put our lab Zoey down for health issues and they sent us some wonderful flowers. Every person on staff that I came in contact with, from beginning to end, was extremely kind and helpful. This was my first experience boarding my dog, and they made sure I felt comfortable and well informed. Excellent place. Owner and employee's have a real passion for pets. Place was nice and clean. Huge 4 or 5 acres fenced in area for the pets. The pricing is right on par with other boarding locations . Actually they are probably a little cheaper when you take into account the staff and over all facilities. .The grooming was excellent Make sure you book in advance because a place this good books up fast. They had Lola and that is where I got her from. The people are great and very good to deal with. I thank God everyday for me going there to get a great and wonderful friend. They had Lola which was a rescue and it was just ment to be to go there and get Lola. They are great and kind and loving people who you could leave your pet there to get taken care of while you are gone and not worry.
