My wife and I were very fortunate to have been connected with Greg. From day one, Greg was extremely responsive and helpful. He listened to our likes and dislikes in a home and immediately went to work looking for homes for us. He knew we had a growing family and made sure to suggest homes in neighborhoods that were great for us and even the years to come. Greg was honest and a hard worker. When buying your first house it can definitely feel intimidating to start the process. A lot of questions rise like are we really ready, do we have enough in savings, is our credit good enough. Those were the biggest questions that kept us away from buying a house but after meeting Brian at Rose Rock Realty he explained those 3 things were definitely important but assured it shouldn’t scare us away from our biggest dream owning a home. At Rose Rock Realty they came to us with a different approach house buying, it was completely stress free and actually quite fun, as it should be! Brian is very knowledgeable when it came to looking at homes and answered any of our questions, he was also honest if he didn’t have an answer and research it and got back right away with us (that was very refreshing and not feeling we were being push to quickly buy). It wasn’t long for us to find the perfect home for our growing family.
