I've been following ketogenic diet for last 6 years and am happily going to keep up. I design Keto, low carb, gluten free menus for my customers, etc my family and me. LOW CARB and intermittent fasting are my favs and I'm inspired with creating OMAD and CARNIVORE meal plans now.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm vaccinated including boosting and doing tests on regular basis
I wear face mask
I wash my hands as often as possible and wear gloves
I wash and sanitize my utensils with certified products
I use safe USDA A Grade certified food suppliers
I'm trying to avoid crowded establishments and public transport as much as possible
Low Carb Meal Plans/Preps/Cooking
OMAD, 16/8 Fasting, Carnivore, LCHF, Keto diet 1-3 meals a day and various snack/dessert menu plans. Either with on site personal chef execution, food delivery or recipe blue print. Open to suggestions.
