Kelly just did all the flowers and desserts for my wedding. I had an idea of what I wanted but then totally changed my mind. I gave her a reference photo and told her she had creative control. The flowers came out amazing and better than I could have ever imagined. Her desserts were amazing as well! Totally recommend the bourbon balls and chocolate pudding. Kelly was amazing. We had a Nights in Venice party 2023 and a combined 80th birthday party for my parents on the bay for 50 people. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was phenomenal, including serving appetizers to my guests swimming in the bay. Our neighbors were impressed, too:). We chose from the California menu, although mix and match was an option. My sister was here from Sonoma and was blown away. There was an abundance of food and it was high quality, tasty, and fresh. Some of the food was prepared onsite- meats. The charcuterie board and apps were fabulous. My nieces took pictures #Stokedaboutfood on insta. We were able to send care packages home with family and leftovers for the week and they organized the leftovers. The kitchen and rooms were cleaned and tidied. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Kelly or Roadhouse culinary for a memorable event. It was a combo of fancy with informal- dressy and bathing suits. So much fun. Friends and family were thrilled. More...

Kelly did an amazing job preparing dinner and drinks for my 40th bday dinner in my backyard. The entire planning process was easy - I always felt like Kelly was thinking of and taking care of every detail. And most importantly, the food was delicious. We had filets and lobster and a bunch of apps and drinks to start. Each course was better than the next and she packaged up all of the leftovers and left the kitchen cleaner than when she arrived. Our annual Christmas Party took on a whole new dimension this year with the addition of another “C” for “Canapés” to our theme of “Christmas Cookies, Cocktails and Carols” provided by the culinary artistry of Kelly Clancy, owner and private chef of Roadhouse Culinary. Prior to flying from New Jersey to Atlanta, Kelly provided a list of popular suggested appetizers from which to consider. We chose the following: Coconut Shrimp with Red Thai Chili Sauce Baked Brie with Cranberry Jam Mini Meatballs with Marinera Chicken Satay with peanut Sauce Crab Cakes with basil aioli Angus Sliders with Bacon, Cheddar and Secret Sauce Stuffed Mushrooms with parmesan, cream cheese, and oregano Clams Casino In order to maximize efficiency and time Kelly sent a shopping list ahead which allowed us to prepare for her arrival. She has an uncanny ability to estimate quantities and included a specific list of items that were easily found. Kelly becomes the captain of the kitchen and operates with the style and demeanor of an orchestral conductor. She is a joy to watch and assures confidence that everything is under control. But it is the result that makes the magic. Her presentation is so exquisite that you do not want to ruin it by eating. But eating you do and that completes the experience. The only description that comes to mind is… “Mmmmmmm…”! No napkins needed… Finger licking is inevitable. Our guests are still raving about her work! More...
