Epic pool=epic fail! This place was completely awful. The owner is downright rude & the whole place has terrible customer service. They had a couple of guys come open our above ground pool. We were then told they would come back to fix the liner, making it seem like it was included in the $200 price to open the pool. The men returned & fixed the liner & then we proceeded to get a call that we were being charged an additional $200 to fix the liner. Outrageous. We were not told about this until AFTER the work was finished. Therefore, we were not given the option as to whether we wanted them to fix it or not for that price. I called the owner to explain & she was beyond rude. She said "well they did the work" & said if we didn't want to pay it, then she'd have the men "come undo the work". What horrible business. I would not send my worst enemy here & if I could, I'd give it no stars. More...
