Today's culinary adventure brought us back to Ricardo's for some much needed lunch! To say anything other than it was an amazing experiance would be a lie. We went light on the menu today and I indulged in the Double Prime Dip and fried potatoes!! Boy does this live up to being a balanced sandwich with depth of flavors from the caramelized onions to the horseradish sauce but the star if the dish is the fresh beef drippings ajuis!! I could drink a bucket of this mouthwatering dellliciousness! The fried potatoes, perfect amount of Krispy bite and seasoning! Nice change up from the everyday French fries! My lady decided on the special, the 80/20 Burger no bun (keto thing lol) with a salad. The burger was amazing! cooked perfectly to medium! this Burger is so juicy and the Rosemary Jam was to die for! Hands down Top 10 on my burger list! The accompanying tomatoes were off the chart delicious! The salad was like a walk through a fresh garden tasting with a well balanced vinaigrette dressing! If I failed to mention the pickles on both these items I'd be in the wrong, amazing, you have to try one for yourself! I indulged in a few hand made cocktails, The Northwest Whisky Sour and the Berry Margarita!! Mouth watering Summer refreshers and a must try! If your a bourbon drinker this is the best whisky sour my palate has come across! The service was over the top amazing! very friendly and informative as well as helpful yet not drowning in stuffyness! Quite refreshing! They are known for their steaks, but don't overlook their pasta dishes. They make their own pasta and it shows. Their drinks are good, they don't skimp on the booze. Their prices seem to be creeping up a bit more each time we visit...there will come a point we stop going so often.
