First, this review is LONG overdue, and I'm so sorry Renae! Renae was our wedding photographer for our BOHO-ECLECTIC-CHIC backyard wedding on May 4, 2019. Where do I begin, from our first telephone conversation to our last text, she has been EXQUISITE. My communication with her was so personable, and I felt that she really understood who we were, and what we envisioned for my, I mean our big day. I provided her our church coordinator's information, and while our coordinator said no one ever calls, Renae did. Renae understands the value of her clients, and goes above and beyond to deliver. She is kind, compassionate, understanding, and just the most genuine person ever to work with. I still remember at our reception, she came up to me and asked, " do you need anything?" I mean what?! How thoughtful, what a heart.

As for the pictures, do yo ever scroll through Instagram and think, "I wish my wedding pictures could look like that." No? Just me, well, I do, and trust me when I had to do a double take when I saw our wedding pictures. They were magnificent. We received SOOOOOOO many compliments. I had friends asking for her, and trust me when I say, whoever is in line to get married next in our family, Renae will be my first recommendation. Renae's attention to detail, creativity, and overall beautiful personality was reflective in our photos. I cannot thank her enough for the work she did.

Renae is much more than just a talented and brilliantly skilled photographer. She is generous with her time and has a passion for what she does. She truly captured our special day! Her passion for people and photography truly shows in her work. I am not a huge fan of taking photos of myself, but the results were stunning. She captured the exact essence of what we were looking for; turning us and our wedding into, and making us feel like one of those weddings you see only in catalogs. In the search for the perfect wedding photographer, I stumbled across Renae’s page and I absolutely fell in love with her photography style. It is soft, bright & airy, it was exactly what we were looking for. It is perfect, but that’s exactly how I would describe Renae, she is an absolute perfection! We only communicated via email, due to my busy schedule, but we felt so confident and trusted her right off the start. She is very responsive and it worked so well with our busy lifestyle! We were so confident in fact, that we actually first met her at our wedding! Sounds crazy, but she made us feel so comfortable and started taking detailed shots the minute she walked into our venue. The results were stunning! Her attention to detail, professionalism, organization and super fun personality eased our nerves and made us feeling confident and comfortable when taking photos. Renae shot our wedding in June 2019. She is the best wedding photographer we could ever imagine! Even though we booked her with only a few days notice she was very prepared and professional. She is extremely easy to work with; she told us everything we should do and all the poses turned out amazing in the pictures. She's very experienced in wedding photography and knew what would look good and she made sure to capture every moment. Renae not only captured the ceremony, but also all the guests, surroundings, decorations, rings and the dress which altogether will allow us to go back to this happy moment of our life in the future. Hiring Renae was not a difficult choice just seeing her previous work on her website was enough to convince me and my husband. Her style of photography was just what I was looking for super light and bright out door photography. I knew I wanted lots of candid shots that were in the moment and that's what her I saw in her portfolio.

I wanted was an engagement shoot for our save the date pictures. she had a package that had it all included into one which made everything much easier. The engagement shoot gave us a good chance to meet her before the wedding and get comfortable in front of the camera so that it wasn't awkward on our big day. Renee is the sweetest person,she is very welcoming, makes you feel very comfortable right away. if you're not used to being photographed or not comfortable in front of the camera like my husband she will put you at ease.She will tell you how to pose and find all your good angles. I love this about her she is super detailed in making sure your hair is perfect and that your smile or face isn't awkward in the photos. she will coach you to look your best in the sweetest way and you will thank her for it when you see your pictures.

Another good thing about her is she is always an email away. I would shoot her an email in the A.M. and have a response with an hour or two that same day. She would call me to make sure I didn't have any other questions so we were always on the same page.

There is a questionnaire you will fill out specifying all the must have shots for the big day so she knows what pictures need to be taken to ensure you get every picture You want. After the wedding I waited about 5 weeks to receive all my pictures and I was just blown away when I received them. the picture quality and images are beyond what I was expecting. There were so many detailed shots that were just stunning. Looking through the images 5-6 weeks later helped me relive the wedding day all over again.I truly love all of my photos from my wedding and could not have picked a better photographer than Renae. Renae was wonderful! I was a simple hands off bride and didn't even get to meet in person. We emailed and I completed a questionnaire. She got all the shots I wanted. The beach setting and sun weren't easy to work with but the pictures came out just beautiful. She was very patient with my somewhat difficult family.  And managed to make us all look great. Weddings are stressful enough as it is so I appreciated how thoughtful and organized Renae was. Not only did she capture everything we expected, but then some. We loved looking at all the candid small moments from our family and friends during the wedding.

Renae took my maternity photos and they came out amazing! She did such a great job and was so enthusiastic doing the photos! She took her time finding the perfect spot for us to take them. I would absolutely recommend Renee as an excellent photographer. She's extremely professional, quick to respond to messages, and has great work ethic. She did a great job of making note of certain moments I wanted to capture, and I didn't feel like anything was missing. I really got the sense that pleasing me was her number one priority (the A/C even went out at our reception and she worked through it like a champion) and I really appreciated that I felt like I could trust her to include every last detail. The only thing I would make note of is her light, airy style. We had a sunset wedding and most of that was lost due to lighting, but she was also working against the setting sun and shooting towards the water. However, when I mentioned it to her, she sent me even more photos with less re-touching so I could have some with more of the true sky colors; I thought it was really great that she tried so hard to make it up to me when I shared that with her. The moment you start communicating with Renee, you will realize how down to earth and sweet she is, as well as dedicated to her work. You won't be disappointed if you book her! More...
