Describe your creative process.
The process generally starts with a briefing/intake call. From there we will download the team and begin initial discussions/brainstorms. If there are any questions by the team we'll work with you to clarify all aspects of the job. Writers and designers will work hand in hand to develop multiple concepts which will be carefully vetted prior to being sent to you, the client. Hopefully you will love what you see, but we know creativity is subjective. Our initial creative will act as our guide as we work hand in hand with you to exceed expectations. Please note that while we welcome clients who only need the occasional job, we work best when we are retained as part of your team. For these clients, several more levels of the process are added such as market and competitor research, short- and long-term strategy sessions, marketing plans, and monthly/quarterly updates and reviews.

The more the better. Great briefs lead to great work.

Pushing the boundaries of creativity and/or technology to help brands tell their story.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw disconnects and inefficiencies in the way typical agencies were ran and the ways they collaborated with clients. It was our goal to change that while being nimble enough to evolve with cultural and technological changes in the marketplace.
