We had these guys out to our neighborhood this week and the food was awesome. I would definitely go back again. There is one thing that was not great and that was how long it took, I ordered at 7:00 pm and was told 15-25 minutes I thought wow that’s along time for a taco, little did I realize that it was going to be 50 minutes. That’s right my buzzer went off 50 minutes after I ordered. Way too long. Please work on your wait times. Your food is great but can’t wait 50 minutes again. More...

We contracted Red Roc Cravings to work our event months ago. This Saturday (4/17/21), they decided not to show up. We'd heard amazing things about their food, and we confirmed multiple times over the months, but our spectators, competitors, volunteers and staff were unable to eat all day, because they didn't show, and also wouldn't respond to texts or calls until well past their "show up" time, so we were unable to contact other vendors and ask them to come out on late notice. I'm sure they serve great food if you see them at an event, but I'd warn event organizers to steer clear of working with them at your own events. Spectators are understandably not interested in whether or not a lack of food is the event organizer's fault, but food not being available when it was announced will leave a bad taste in spectator's mouths about the event either way.
