We are the only gym that offers customized prehabilitation training, mobility, fitness, strength training, weight loss, and behavior changing programs unique to each of our clients. We are a private gym that lets you work out without the public gym scene.

I’ve been working with Maui for 3 months now. She has been great to answer all my questions, and I’ve had a lot!! She makes sure I have the right tools and information to succeed. Maui is amazing! I had hip surgery 8 months ago and she helped me transition out of physical therapy back into regular workouts. She’s great at making sure I have excellent form, pushing the right amount to strengthen me but avoid injury. She pays attention to the little things like corrective exercises to give me a strength that will last. Boot camps are fun and an incredible workout! I love the combo of boot camp and one on one personal training. I’m already stronger than some doctors ever said I would be! She also knows her stuff about nutrition and overall healthy living. Maui has changed me. Physically AND emotionally I am happier. I have tried several different trainers and honestly no one compares to her. She is so good at making each workout and meal plan so INDIVIDUAL. I struggle with the disorder PCOS and it has been hard for me to lose weight and to go about my day without a gut ache, however Maui's education and background has helped me toward the direction of my goals and to feel much better. Maui is Awesome! I've seen results and felt them in everything from toning to increased strength and energy as well as increased mental awareness. Maui is very helpful as I've tried to figure things out that work for me both in working out, as I have some back issues, and in things that will work for me outside of our sessions. She is also very encouraging, extremely understanding and always available if I have questions or have to reschedule. She is extremely knowledgable in physical fitness as well as nutrition. I began training with Maui back in June of 2014. I had reached a point in my fitness where I had done really well on my own but needed help to get to the next level. I never imagined that I would be as strong as I am now along with seeing my body composition change. The training I've received has covered many areas of fitness which has unlocked more of my potential. I also find the Krav Maga training contributing to my fitness goals along with acquiring skills that help me feel more safe and confident. I recommend anyone and everyone to look into this especially if the typical gym scene is not for you. More...
