Reared and Roasted

Hands down the best dinner date my husband and I have ever had! With two little ones it’s hard to leave the house and so being spoiled by Josh & Amanda at Reared and Roasted was amazing. Josh took the time to show us how to break down a chicken, make fresh Caesar dressing, and cater to my keto lifestyle. While Josh was doing his magic, Amanda entertained us with the story behind the ingredients on the handmade charcuterie board they brought us. Cheese, olives and meats from around the world. They proudly supply fresh locally sourced ingredients for our dinner. We requested a special menu and Josh knocked it out of the park, the chicken and potato’s were melt in your mouth good, and the Caesar was crisp and fresh.
