We worked with Randoz Event DJ for our nuptials in mid-September held in New Paltz, NY. DJ Randy was fantastic in all respects and we recommend him unconditionally!
We talked well in advance of our wedding to go over the run-of-show especially since our event was outside. After our overview conversation, he took it upon himself to visit the venue in-person to look things over.
Subsequently, he asked us to submit our playlists (using Spotify to make sure the right ("clean") version was selected), encouraged us to get playlists submitted by friends and guests, and --- most importantly --- did a great job on event day of arriving early, setting up his equipment, and hyping the crowd and getting everyone engaged, up-out-of-their-seats, and dancing! He also played the wedding processional music for us as well.

Randy and his crew made our party incredible. Before the party, he was available, helpful, answered all our questions and made sure we chose the right package for us. The setup went beautifully. Randy perfectly meshed our provided playlist with music that our guests loved. We danced without stop and had. The photo booth was so much fun and made lasting memories. I was a little worry at the beginning about hiring any DJ that wasn't Hispanic, because I wanted traditional songs for the older adults to dance to that I couldn't remember, but as soon as I met Randy, and also read all his reviews, i was confident that he would be up to the challenge. He asked us tons of questions, and made sure everything came out how we liked it. Even when there was a misunderstanding about music with our wedding planner, he made sure we were heard, and we got exactly what we asked for. He always responded very fast, to any questions we had. I really recommend him. He was amazing, my guest (super diverse group) really loved him. He played music for everyone to enjoy, music i didn't even give him. You can tell he did his research. I contacted this DJ just a few days before my event. I was elated that I was able to book with such short notice. He was very accommodating! He was able to put a playlist together that every one enjoyed ages 30-60 with only a few songs as guidance. He was super early!!! I've had problems with DJs in the past not estimating how long set up will take and not having music when the event began. Good music, he event brought lights. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
At Randoz Event Djay service, we take pride in our setups. We understand that we need to play the hit songs that will move the crowd. So we spend time on our playlist and our equipment. Have the battle with party events is just making sure the music sounds good. So we only use top quality music sources and equipment. And since we specialize in live sound we hook up our equipment different per event to maximize the sound. So once the favorite song is played it will sound incredible out of our setup making you want to do nothing but party all night long.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We are a people DJAY service. We play everything so we relate to all styles.
What do you love most about your job?
We love making the event host smile. And we strive to make that happen, often going above and beyond to get that smile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are trying to bring value and excellence to and industry that most companies only see entertainment. We have been doing events for a good amount of years and we have also worked side by side with hospitality experts from hotels to catering hall staff and have built a good repore with all we have worked with.
So with that said we know that there are DJ companies that know music, but we go deeper than that to give our clients a great experience.
